CHECK YOUR ORDER STATUS

VIA EMAIL  For every order you place you will receive a confirmation email from us and then a second email will be sent with your tracking information.  Your tracking information email contains a clickable tracking link to view tracking information in real time.

VIA YOUR ACCOUNT  Login to your Juliasfab  Account and follow the instructions below:

  1. Login to your Juliasfab account
  2. Select View Order Status
  3. Select View Order Detail

STANDARD SHIPPING

DELIVERY  All domestic orders are picked up by either DHL , FedEx ,UPS or USPS. The  packages will most likely be left in your mailbox.

SHIPPING  Orders placed prior to 2pm  EST Mon-Fri are typically processed and shipped the same day*. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Monday. Closed on  Holidays. All orders are subject to credit approval.

Orders  to a location within the Continental United States will be "Free Standard Shipping" . Orders shipped to US territory and  outside the Continental United states; i.e., Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico etc. will calculated cost varies by buyer location.

Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. All orders are subject to credit approval. 

SHIPPING OUT OF THE COUNTRY?

All international orders are handled by USPS, DHL Global Mail . UPS or FedEx . Free shipping is not available on any international orders. International orders are subject to a $5 handling fee in addition to the cost of shipping. Tariffs, taxes, customs and all international fees according to your delivery destination are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If a package is going to a business/commercial address in Canada, it is required that a person's first and last name be in the address line 1 field or it will be held for verification that the package is being sent to an individual, not a business.

SHIPPING POLICY

POLICY  orders marked as “Picked Up” by our 3rd party shipping carrier serve as our release of liability. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed packages. We are also not responsible for missing orders marked by the carrier as "Delivered." 

ORDER CHANGE/CANCELATION  After an order is placed, several software platforms work together to fulfill an order in the quickest possible time frame. The automation and complexity of these platforms working in tandem make it too difficult to change an order once it is placed.  As a result, we are unable to cancel or make changes to an order after it has been placed. Please be sure your order and address is correct before completing checkout. 

MISSING PACKAGE MARKED AS DELIVERED?

  • Check your mailbox
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery
  • Wait until the end of the next day to see if it turns up
  • Ask your postman where he placed it
  • Consider whether or not the package may have been stolen

UNDELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED PACKAGES  orders marked by the shipping carrier as “undeliverable as addressed” and returned to us are subject to a second shipping fee.
